MCM offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Additionally, we offer expedited services within - the costs & conditions are as follows:

• Store pick-up – CHF 0.00
(All the online orders within Switzerland can be collected from MCM Boutique in Münsterhof 13, Zurich - by selecting this delivery method on the checkout)

• Swiss Post – Priority – CHF 0.00
(Order received within 1 - 2 business days (from the time you receive shipping confirmation email)

• Swiss Post Express Moon* - CHF 10.00 ( non-refundable)
(Order received the next business day, if placed before 13:30 CET/CEST Mon-Fri. )

• MCM will only deliver your package to the address that was requested when your order was placed. We don’t re-route any packages

• Please note that we require an adult signature for all deliveries and therefore do not ship to PO Boxes

• Please note that these services are not available for delivery on Saturdays and Sundays. Additionally, orders are not processed on weekends or during public holidays.
 

MCM Online store is currently available in United States, Korea, Austria, France, Germany, Switzerland and United Kingdom. Please note that in Europe we only ship to Mainland of each country. Any orders placed outside of our delivery destinations will be automatically cancelled.

Yes, we offer two options for shipments to addresses within those European markets that we ship to. Please see the express shipping fees in our Shipping & Returns page here.

Your order will be shipped in a neutral box to protect your shipment from theft. Your order will be wrapped in tissue paper and packed in special MCM paper bags or boxes. Accessories and shoes will be boxed while handbags & large leather goods will be delivered in an MCM fabric bag for protection.

MCM is proud to work with the Swiss Post and have carbon-offset deliveries within our Swiss market. All orders shipped with Swiss Post are Pro Clima certitified and help to support projects in Switzerland and abroad.
